So meaning to say, I can apply the guide that you posted for cIOS-available Wii?
And I noticed you used may have cIOSCORP, so what if I do not have it, what do I have on my Wii then? And I realized the method you posted, needs a modchip. How much does that cost in USD? As in the market rate. And what's a good link to get it from? Sorry if I'm asking alot, new to these stuff =/

I spent around USD $14 on GC controller. Plus the modchip, time, might just equal the money spent on letting others fix lol. In any case, I'd want to try out myself since I'm at it now.

Oh and on side note, I inserted a ntsc disc in, no idea whether its -u or some others. Text doesn't go away

From your description, it seems that there is a good chance that you had cIOSCORP. If you don't have it, it can't be fixed without a new mainboard. The chip should cost about $50 +/- 10, the install is simple and the fix is quick. If it works you can sell your chip to some if you like. If it fails, you can at least play some games.

Hmm ok. Now i got to go scout for a reliable site to buy from. Thanks alot. If I have any more questions, I will post here again

Just be sure to have to seller configure the chip for you- autoboot enabled, you won't be able to config it on your brick.

But thing is the local shops don't sell them. I'm thinking of getting it online. But if I ordered online, they usually come in a package, untouched. I doubt the seller would help me get it into autoboot. What's more I have no clue of a reliable site =/

Well, look around for a wasabi dx or drivekey that would be more cost effective for your local, and try to get them to set it to autoboot. I will test again, but I don't think I had any luck patching the disk and booting without the chip set to autoboot.
