Gaming [Help] Old 3ds game no longer available?

A while back in the days when the 3ds was still new to people, I had my parents buy me a eShop game. I recently swapped systems and the game is gone, I cannot find out nor can I download it anymore.

That being said, does someone here have the CIA file for this? I paid for it. It's not piracy if I paid. ( sorta ) <= my parents did... But still.

Um that's a fanon game, it never existed. If it existed it would already be on my Gateway

Its called Ruby Gloom 3DS and no there are no dumps of it.
