I had a solder splash on a place where it conects things that I dont know what they are. I didn't turn the console on with that splash fearing it will brick. I have some questions
1) Can someone tell me what are those things?
2) Can this be fixed? how to remove the solder?
3)Is it safe to turn it on like this?
4) Is it on a important part of the console?

It appears like two capacitors are connecting together. Best bet is to NOT turn the system on. It would be a guess that there on the same circuit line but wouldn't risk the short. Removing it would be a pain thats for sure. Don't have a schematic to truly say how much of an importance the area is.....

This type of repair really requires a steady hand, nice tweezers, a fine tip solder iron, very thin solder and a microscope and proper knowledge of surface mount soldering technique. Good luck.
