For more understanding of what I am referring to go to these links: https://gbatemp.net/download/pstros-nds.11411/

https://gbatemp.net/threads/java-4-nds.320078/

I have been trying to use this, and even after putting the NDS file on the root, I cannot even get these simple .jad files to work http://infologic.co.uk/products/midp/downloads.html

(Added in later: I also cannot get things like line rider mobile, as well as the simple Tetris game mentioned, even after making my own .jad file for them, despite the fact that they were said to work, and I am using PSTROS version 0.7.2, if it matters)

(I know they aren't files on their own). I tried leaving the online link, as well as downloading it, but for everything I try: different games and adding files to different folders as well as altering the main classes mentioned in the .jad file, I always get the java.lang.classnotfoundexception.

I found the solution: you need to also include the original .jar file as well as the .jad file for it to work. For me when it started it said "! lang.null" a few times, then loaded

Thank you for the suggestion, but I had already tried that. What version are you using?
Could you upload a copy of the contents of your SD card?

Ok so I had the same problem. Depending on the game (since not all games work) download the jar file you want. Then use jadmaker to make the jad file. After that put both the jar and jad file ON THE ROOT of your SD card. That fixed any issues I had. Also, I wish we could have sound and the ability to save!

What I found worked was putting pstrosnds, the jar file, and the jad file in the same folder, they don't need to be at root.
