Hacking Help NEEDED!!!! New 3DS Partial Downgrade

So I have a New 3DS on a 9.2.0 partial downgrade. The 3ds doesnt boot with the SD in, but if I take it out and boot it works. Browserhax crashes. Anyway I can fix this?

Then I think you're out of luck until either A) you get Browserhax to work or B) you get another entrypoint.

Change the theme and you'll be able to boot without removing the card.
Also, browserhax is very unstable. Keep trying

Ok an advancement... I got it to boot with the SD in by resseting theme data

Re-doing the downgrade will fix the partial downgrade.

Ummm.... I have another question... is it safe to power off my 3ds while on 2.1 so I can copy the A9LH files to the SD?

It is, only sleep mode isn't for the n3DS.
