Hacking help my ds n-card wont flash!!

when i try to flash my ds n-card i press l+r+a+b+up and it goes into a white screen with letters that say USB SAFE MODE D14 instead of USB SAFE block or something then why i try to run nand_all bat file it says
NAND FLASH WRITER TEST V1.5 UP FIRELINE
init usbdll
init usb writer
nand_init error!

Are you trying to upgrade?
Grab the .nds upgrade file, copy it to your card and run it.
Be sure to back up your saves first!

What operating system are you using? The errors you recieve after running the bat file are usually because the OS is having trouble pretending the DS with the linker writer in it is a USB drive.
