won't my 3ds xl be brick ?? when I update ??
Did you perform standard CTRTransfer? Does the 3DS boot again?

As for your question: No, updates won't brick a CFW 3DS. And it even says this in the CTRTransfer manual:

Looks like a deeper problem then. CTRTransfer (2.1) downgraded devices may fail on update attempt (update does not work). But this is the first time I see ARM9 crash on update after "successful" CTRTransfer (11.5). We don't know what state your console currently is in and why this happens.

To make this clear: It seemed working after standard CTRTransfer (which you can repeat any time) but something is still not right. I repeat: Update with CFW 3DS does not lead to such errors/bricks if everything is okay.

I guess it's time for CTRTransfer Type D9. Backup the current status of your NAND and store this image on your computer. (This should be done before any CTRTransfer attempt but is rarely mentioned).

Try doing a CTRTransfer again. This time though, stop the guide at Section II - CTRTransfer, Step 10. Instead of restoring tickets, just reboot the system and update the system from the system settings. What happens?

I made CTR transfer up to 10 steps. Updated system update also shows the same error.

is it also possible without an update system ??? to continue ?? What can it still be ??

do you mean ??
You are not using a 2.1 CTRTransfer image, are you? → This will do no good.

When you first installed CFW (arm9loaderhax exploit) that image was needed. You should have created a NAND image before that downgrade – which you should have restored after installing arm9loaderhax. Hopefully that image still exists. Whatever you do: Please create a NAND image of the current status now before messing with anything and store this image on your computer. (Already told you that: CTRTransfer is often advised as "all-purpose" solution without mentioning this security precaution)

Standard CTRTransfer (11.5) will most likely not solve the problem if this is a case of 2.1 downgrade without original backup.

Okay, so your o3DSXL was not originally involved in a 2.1.0 CTRTransfer downgrade that's done to install the older A9LH (arm9loaderhax) custom firmware.

Revisit post #17.
  • GodMode911.5.0-38E_ctrtransfer_o3ds.bin → press (A) → CTRNAND options...Transfer image to CTRNAND → etc.
Don't use the 2.1.0_4E_ctrtransfer_o3DS.bin. Download and use the newer 11.5.0E image.

I downloaded 11.5.0-38E_ctrtransfer_o3ds, copied to SD card gm9.hab then with god mode9, did ctrtransfer.
when I restart, the picture shows me again.
