Gaming Help me with Steam

There are pc releases of games for steam. Recently I got
Terraria.v1.0.cracked-THETA.rar game, however I can not make it running.
What should I do? Install steam? And then what?

On most pc games there should be a folder in the iso or whatever that has the crack. Extract it from your file and then run the crack. You will most likely need a program like Izarc or to extract the folder from the file

these games require a steam emulator or crack which most of the time is included. In other words the game itself is ripped (copy and shared) and cracked with revemu or revloader or some other program.

Edit: I'm not sure if Terraria uses the steam server sdk for internet connection(its too late and I can't think too well)
If in doubt use revloader -snip-
revloader takes a bit of know how to set up and I would recommend using the included crack if it exists

you may need a tool like Hamachi to get online working but you should have fun in single player regardless
