Hacking Help me update USB Loader

I haven't updated my Wii in a long time, and have always fumbled thru the ios installs without really understanding what I was doing.

I recently got the new Kirby game, which forced me to run d2x cIOS and update (using instructions found here http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-guides-tutorials/88654-d2x-cios-installation-guide.html )

That got Kirby working.

Getting the new Zelda to work proved a bit more stumpy, as my version of USBLoaderGX did not allow me to turn off auto-reboot something.
I was able to download USBLoaderGX 70, and I can launch it thru HBC.... but I want to put it on my dashboard like I currently have v40 installed.

I have WadManager 1.7 (and I've tried yet another wad manager) and they each fail to install the new wad with error -1029 (if using iso249) or error -1022 if trying to install with other ios.

I used syscheck and this is what I got-- but I can't tell what's wrong.
Does this tell anyone why I might be getting the Wad Installer errors?
