Hardware Help me unbrick my Wii U!

Hello, another story of "I took my WiiU out of storage and it's bricked". On launch, it shows the WiiU logo and then is frozen there forever. I picked up a Rasberry Pi, was able to load up recovery_menu, but it doesn't display. I blindly navigated to Dump Syslogs, found a bunch of FSA: ### DATA CORRUPTION ERROR ###, dev:mlc01, err:-1245211, cmd:11, path:(null) errors.

Tried to install/access ISFShax, but I'm also not able to see that. Followed the instructions of dumping the entire contents from the sd folder of isfsh.ax to the root of the SD card. The LED flashes purple, but nothing displays, and navigating blindly doesn't seem to have any effect; the LED just continues to flash purple. I'm at a loss at this point; I'm only mildly technically minded and this is way out of my comfort zone, so would love some advice.

You can leave the minute autobooting. The guide tells you just to undo the Payloadloader autobooting, which you don't have anyway after setting up the redNAND.
You use the rpx of the latest version of save mii wut Port

Alright, yeah, but I'm still lost, I've never booted into Aroma or Tiramisu.

How do I go from what I'm currently at, to booting into Tiramisu. All the guides say to use a different exploit, like the browser exploit, to get in. What should I be doing, to launch into/install Tiramisu.

Alright, this was a moment of "I was overthinking it", thinking I needed to *not* load into the WiiU menu, not realizing it would automatically supercede.

I've gotten into SaveMii, but it's only listing 5 games, not all of them; and all of these 5 are saves I don't particularly care about.

How does the Wii U store saves; if I used to use a USB drive to store (legitimate) games, would the saves for those games be on that USB drive, or would they still be on the Wii U?

IE: Should I go try to find that old USB drive (it's packed away in a box somewhere), or should those files be in this menu and the fact that they're not means they are just unrecoverable.

EDIT: Although 2 of the saves here are giving I/O errors and are thus likely unrecoverable... So leaning towards "I should find that USB drive".

Guess after that I should repeat these steps and Install Aroma, and go from there?

Alright, still dealing with a few issues that aren't insurmountable, mostly trying things and not getting much places.

Still struggling with the save date. I did a back-up of it, but I'm not sure how to get it onto the new profile. Do I need to have the games on the Wii U to copy their saves over? Where should I be looking for this?

The USB storage device that I *think* has my other Wii U games/saves on it, is constantly giving Error Code 160-2713. I did some searching and found the option to disable USB device Sleep Mode, but no change there. I'm not even 100% this is the right hard drive; but when I plug it into my PC, it doesn't show up at all. Is there some other way to verify it? Will it work on my Wii U anyway since it's associated with a different Nintendo profile? EDIT: might just need a Y cable to power it? Could have swore I didn't when I used it previously. Found a y-cable, connected it, it works!! My games are here and just work; and I transferred the saves with SaveMii, and have confirmed they're here. (I'm so happy I have recovered my awful Mario Maker level...)

And lastly, working on setting up Pretendo, but I am getting error 102-2160, which could be associated with the rebuild here; but I'm at a loss on how to proceed with it as well.

You can select in SaveMii the id of the user you want to backup or restore from, in case your user has now a different ID.

Yes a HDD likely needs a Y cable. If the HDD itself is failing, you might be able to use DumpsterU to extract your saves

Ah, I edited the post right around when you replied, so I didn't even see your reply. But needless to say: that issue is solved!!

I guess I should reach out to the Pretendo Discord maybe? Unless you have any advice on the Pretendo issue.

Regarding Pretendo: No response on Discord, but doing some research, this post suggests rebuilding the SLC. Is this something that is safe for me to do/will work, with redNAND?

I'm also at a loss on this: I want to install games, but NUSspli, when downloading them, frequently errors out and then freezes, never able to complete the download for larger games. I've used the windows program WiiUDownloader to download them, but then I'm at a loss on how to get them onto my WiiU. The SD card, since it's mostly the nand partition, doesn't have enough space to hold the game. Is there any other method I could use to get them onto their so I can then install them on my external drive? I tried ftpiiu, but I don't get it; I think it's only giving me access to the SD card, which is useless for this situation.
