I formatted my system memory so i could fix my wii again. and then when preloader loads it says cannot boot into system menu no ticket found. and i cant do anything. please help dont ignore this.
You could start by not advising other people to format their hacked Wii's so that they brick themselves the same way.
Formatting is NOT how to restore your Wii to a virgin state, and I'm not even sure what formatting exactly did so I can't say how badly you bricked yourself. Also installing a system menu wad at this point may be dangerous if it doesn't fix the problem as I think it would also get rid of preloader and then you'd pretty much be totally screwed.

That 'bug' you have got fixed in preloader 0.29 it's your fault for not staying up to date.
To fix it you have to reinstall preloader 0.29 via HBC.
also formating NEVER fixes anything.
