did you always use your mainboard VGA? since it could need special CPU to work...
might mean you drain too much power from one of your USB devices...

It clould be but i use 1 keyboard normaly the canyon one and the same mouse on the pic

What CPU do you have?

Do you have a graphics card?

Can the BIOS be accessed?

Have you tried running the monitor off of a different port (like HDMI if you have it)?

Have you tried a different keyboard?

Have you made sure none of the power connectors have gotten loose?

Highly unlikely, but if you have another PC with the same memory type, can you make sure your ram isn't faulty?

Have you tried removing the CMOS battery and putting it back in?

Can you please describe your diagnostic methods?
How do you know it works if you don't get a picture?
Are you perhaps connecting to the computer via network to check it is alive or something?
How do you know your mouse and keyboard are /(are not) working?

What did you actually test?
Did the system boot?
Is the OS running in the background even though you don't get video output?
Does the OS respond to the mouse inputs?
How did you know USB ports really work, and how did you know the SD card reader doesn't?
How have you tested all this to say that it works?

There might be many ways to test it, but you're not describing what you did, so it is hard to help you in any way.

It’s a Core 2 era system using integrated graphics that’s not displaying anything on screen when booting. That tells me power is ok but the graphics (or more) may be dead. Could be CPU or RAM, but impossible to tell from the information provided.

Beep codes would tell us exactly what is dead, if it has a speaker on the motherboard. However considering the age of the motherboard plus the fact that it’s a cheap-as-chips motherboard, I wouldn’t be surprised if it just died.

Something to ask would be when it stopped working, and what were you doing before it stopped working?

i think his celeron processor might not support intergrated graphics... some mainboards of this era have the the problem the graphical output only works with intergrated graphics...
i only know 10 processors that are sure to work:

* Intel Celeron G3900 Boxed 1151 socket • Dual core @ 2,8GHz
* Intel Celeron G1840 Boxed 1150 socket • Dual core @ 2,8GHz
* Intel Celeron G3930 Boxed 1151 socket • Dual core @ 2,9GHz
* Intel Celeron G1830 Boxed 1150 socket • Dual core @ 2,8GHz
* Intel Celeron G1820T Tray 1150 socket • Dual core @ 2,4GHz
* Intel Celeron G3900T Tray 1151 socket • Dual core @ 2,6GHz
* Intel Celeron G3950 Boxed 1151 socket • Dual core @ 3GHz
* Intel Celeron G3950 Tray 1151 socket • Dual core @ 3GHz
* Intel Celeron G3930 Tray 1151 socket • Dual core @ 2,9GHz
* Intel Celeron G3920 Boxed 1151 socket • Dual core @ 2,9GHz

But he said it used to work. That implies that the Celeron he has is one of the supported ones.
could be, just to not forget the option... could be since he also claims it starts when USB-keyboard isn't used that it drains a too muych from USB, or his main board needs a PS/2 keyboard to start (i had one that had this amazing bug before).

I’ve seen many pre-pentium 4 machines that required a PS/2 keyboard to start... it would hit some kind of interrupt in BIOS if it didn’t.

Also if a USB keyboard is enough to make it unbootable, it could imply the 5V rail on the PSU or the southbridge on the motherboard might be failing.

  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    are you using haxchi, tiramisu or aroma?
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    yeah
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    no, I'm asking which one of them you are using
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    in that case, there is no such thing as homebrew launcher for aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    you have to launch your homebrews directly from the wii u menu
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    there is a plugin that display them on the wii u menu, pretty sure it is enabled by default
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    so like it doesnt exist
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    yeah
    ?
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    it doesn't exist, at least not for aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    ohhhhh
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    on tiramisu you can access it by opening mii maker
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    okay
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    but homebrew is appearing in the home menu btw
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    yes, now I remember it
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    then it is working, I also don't like that they did this but it is the only option you have if you are using aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    i just didint know the homebrew launcher didint exist in aroma
