I suggest getting a new installer from http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/installer.zip, replacing the old one.

Then take a look at browserhax to use it.

I tried to install IronHax but I've got the same problem. This is very annoying...

What part are you getting stuck at? Did you make sure to install the correct one (my guess is 10-1-0 EUR).

"usa" tells me that you're using the USA payload on a EUR console (your firmware is 10.1.0-27E).

You should be using a payload that matches your system region. If you have a EUR system, you should be using a EUR payload.
