(All info on wii below)

So I played tales of symphonia from a wad channel (created from loadstructor),
then after exiting the game, it says my system files are corrupted (happened for the first time)
tried restarting wii but kept saying system files are corrupted (after pressing A on health screen)

So i didnt feel like restoring old NAND
and instead continued playing games through bootmii>homebrew channel

Then i returned to the Wii Menu and voila no more corrupted files....

Weird, so what happened?
