Hacking Help me!! My wii loop in Setup Wizard.

I open my friend's wii this evening and it show setup wizard (like a new wii) but text is non-human language.
and when i set everything it' won't show System Menu. and when i turn it off and on again it's still show setup wizard - -?

Does anyone ever got this problem? and How should i do.

I can play with savemii and autoboot disc but can't run any homebrew coz no twilight hack and fw is 3.4U

any idea?

Had that happen to one i set up for a friend. You have a dud wii. Since its new, do what wiisel said and take it back to the shop and tell them it was bricked on arrival...
