i guess you'll have to get another arm9loaderhax.bin from the latest luma version to get your 3ds booting again.

the other files aren't really important, though if that was your only sysnand backup, you should make another.

Check your recycling bin
its the root of his sd card. those files dont go to the recycle bin.

i'm not sure if you cant just undo deleting files with a right click though

I havent updated my luma to 7.0 i think, but will that be truely possible?

and about making another sys nand, how do I make another?

is the missing sys nand the reason to my ds not having anything on screen?

That's missing Luma3DS. SysNAND is on a chip inside your 3DS. You need to make a backup of it using Hourglass9/Decrypt9/GodMode9 for safety reasons. Copy it to the cloud so you don't accidentally delete it.

but thats the problem i dont have a back up, i acidentally deleted all the files shown on the photo i linked so i donth think i have anything to back up.

so have you tried putting the arm9loaderhax file back to the root of your sd and starting you 3ds?

the backup thing is only for afterwards.
