ROM Hack Help me fix my mistakes

So a couple months back I downloaded the Hyrule warriors legends .CIA and installed it but was greeted by the "error has occurred turn of your 3ds" so I didn't give it much thought and gave up. After my birthday passed, I used the money I received and bought a digital copy of Hyrule warriors legends and entered the code on Nintendo's website and then went to download it on my 3ds and the download went all the way through. Once I tried to start it up I am again greeted by the error message. I've tried everything I could find. I deleted the ticket, I tried repairing the game numerous times but it still doesnt work. If anyone knows how to help me, please do. I beg of thee.

Sorry don't know how to help besides deleting the game and using the Freeshop app. It updates the tickets and crap automatically as long as you install FreeShop properly.

If you are on CFW+a9lh, try booting Luma 3DS settings by pressing select on boot. Once you're on Luma 3DS configuration, see if the Clock+L2(x) is checked, If it is check, then try unchecking. Press start to save the config, and try opening the game again.

I had the same thing with Yoshi. Luckly I could solve it but didn't find any helpfull information about this. All info was just wipe your system or reflash the nand.
Did you recieve an error after the eshop? it downloaded to 99% and stopped?
And when install using Cia it simply didn't worked.
Then repair in eshop will give you the error sd card is removed?


But i used an older version of AL9H and Luma on that system (other systems worked perfectly) So I updated the AL9H and Luma. and it worked again
For updating AL9H and Luma goto 3ds.guide (duh!)
