There is no right or wrong flashcard, without saying your expected usage; however, all of those are r4isdhc.com which is hardly a reputable brand, compared to r4i-sdhc.com or even better to a dstwo or these: https://gbatemp.net/threads/which-r4-should-i-buy.356885/
