HELP lol new gamer

so im starting to get into emulation here’s my specs MSI 710 and 4gb ram so do you think I can use Citra ?? I tried smash Bros but is slowes down on like every stage I tried cemu nope Not a chance what can I do lol maybe I should try my laptop it’s a leveno idea pad 320 i just need Suggestions my main thing is smash bros

Citra isn’t my specialty, but have you tried lowering the settings?

According to the FAQ, single-core CPU performance is the most important factor to get games running at full speed in Citra -- although there was something about performance increase of the hardware renderer which relies on the GPU.

What kind of specification do I need to run Citra?
The only hard requirements for the official version of Citra is a graphics chip that supports at least OpenGL 3.3 and a 64-bit OS running on a standard PC, but you definitely want a processor with the highest possible performance per core.

And then we have this:

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS works okay in Citra. Graphically, the game looks great with minor graphical issues, but requires more powerful hardware to achieve higher frame rates.

Smash Bros does not seem to be a good choice if you have lower end hardware.

Idk I had my freind set it up
