Hacking HELP! (involves file manager)

I'm gonna get to the point,I accidentally deleted a file in file manager called "browser for US" and now I can't enter my browser unless I update the system,I don't want to lose anything,anyone please help,is there a way I can recover that?

without webbrowser you will need a cubic ninja card OR a zelda ocarina of time 3d cart+gateway card OR a downgraded mset + ds flashcard OR a 4.x firmware version + ds flashcard OR a hardmod and backup(where the browser was installed)

Install in Emunand

3DNUS ist to download the browser cia. Then install it with a cfw and cubic ninja the browser cia to your 3ds. The cfw has to be run in sysnand!

It is to install the Web Browser back to your 10.1.0-27(U) Emunand.

Do not install this to Sysnand.

Edit: If I was mistaken and you delete the browser from your Sysnand (You really shouldn't be poking around in Sysnands files in the first place) then you'll need to download the Firmware file for 4.2.0-9(U) from 'That 3ds site with isos' & install the file 0004003000009402 from it.
It'll be the Web Browser for 4.2.0-9(U) Revision 2050.
This is where you'd boot into Sysnand with cfw / Gateway Sysnand mode.

I'm assuming you uninstalled the browser using FBI Title Manager.

Place the downloaded cia file onto your 3DS' SD card
Launch your Emunand
Start FBI Title Manager
Change target to NAND - Method Install
Navigate to the cia file you placed on SD card
Install

That'd be BigBlueMenu (BBM).
Not sure how you managed to delete the Browser with it, but just launch > Dpad to the right once (SDMC) > Select your cia > install.

Wherever you downloaded it from, check the original post. There's likely a password provided.

I have checked through lots of places,even tried some passwords or random things throughout the download site,nothing yet

If it's an emuNAND on 10.x then just use 3DNUS to get the browser CIA.....
