I get that this wasn't what was asked, but if the OTP is dumped, wouldn't that mean A9LH is installed?
(iirc it's dumped when you're installing A9LH.. emphasis on if.)

it got dumbed but before it got backed up the memory card fried. I wanted the backup just incase I lost a9hl some how on 11.3. like using gateway oor something. but I ended up updating to 11.3 anyways and don't fill like redoing sys to 11.1 again
