ROM Hack [HELP] I can't open the texture file with BCH texture modifier

Hello, when i try to open the texture file ( .bin ) with BCH texture modifier ohana just crash, If anyone can help me.

...which one? also I don't speak whatever that JIT window is in.

I have try to open many textures files in BCH texture modifier but no one can be opened, nevertheless, i try to open him with ohana and it work. just with BCH texture modifier it dosen't work
