Homebrew [Help Hax] Transfer 3ds data

I have a o3ds on 9.2 and a n3ds in 10.6

How can i downgrade my n3ds to 9.2 with the old one already hacked ?

Is it possible to install cubic ninja .cia to the o3ds and transfer datas with the transfer tool to my new 3ds ?
Or should i buy oot for the oothax ?

Thanks for answering me, if someone have any idea what is the best method to hack my n3ds.

Well, I'm not sure but I think that system transfer will not make you able to use that cubic ninja on your n3ds...
you would need a way to run unsigned cias on your n3ds' sysnand.

So you will need the oothax route.
