Hacking Question Help getting back to CFW EmuMMC

Ok so I started off wanting to update atmosphere so I copied the files over to sd card and then couldn’t boot up to emuMMC like I normally would. So I backed up before and restored but now when I boot up into OFW it says all my games are there but when I boot into CFW they’re gone. Any idea what I’m missing? Still can’t boot into emuMMC. I’m loading fusee-primary just to get into CFW

Are you sure you weren't booting emuMMC instead of sysMMC?
