What are you talking about? There are two ways that require absolutely no tools! System format from the console settings->Other in the fourth tab and, again from system settings, tap at the top where it says NNID Settings or whatever, then you can change email, password or delete your account.
If you have a9lh or b9s, the CFW will stay there no matter how many times you format. However, all games and apps will be lost, both paid and pirated ones.
