Hacking help for unbrick o3ds, brick with GW

hi guys
i have an O3ds
this 3ds used with gateway and brick console
blue screen for bootrom
i used ntrboot and can boot console
while install B9s console get error for native firm
with lazarus3ds cant unbrick and with ctr transfer cant use beacuse console get firmware partition error
i havent nand backup

can use nand from another 3ds ?

You can't do this iirc. Correct me if i'm wrong, but it is system specific. Thats the reason why people use ctrtransfer.

Searching for Gateway bricks leads to numerous partially conflicting results on the web – concerning what this actually did:
Erase or lock(encrypt) the NAND, reprogram the NAND controller, set the NAND to read only. [This thread was about unbricking with hardmod and NAND-programmer]

I myself are not long enough into 3DS hacking and have never read in much about Gateway as it was already obsolete by then…

But whatever it did, as far as I know, it’s more than just deleting some files which can be cured with normal CTRTransfer in GodMode9. This leads to:
