So, I do live on brazil and there is no gamestop here.

Turns out the GameStop I was planning on going to was closed because they are moving into the mall. Not sure when they'll be reopening. Sorry about that :/
If I find another place near me that has it I'll give it to you, but I guess you might have to look somewhere else

I was looking for an arceus as well. My friend list is broken after I hacked my system so if someone can lave your friend code, I would gladly take one. If you wanted, I can trade the January mew and if you want it back, I can dupe and give your arceus back. Also looking for celeby, missed that one

If you can save edit, then why not just inject the wonder card into your game?

If you have the ability to inject Wonder Cards into your save file, get the Arceus one from here. Then claim your unique Arceus from the Pokémon Center as if you had participated in the event naturally.

Edit: If you don't have access to your save file, I'm sure I or someone else would be happy to give you one.
