Help for making a Wii U game

Hi, I'm planning to make a wii u game as a personal project in my spare time. The question is that I'm totally new to programming, and even more so to the wii u.

From what little I know, I vaguely know that DevkitPro and decent knowledge of C++ is needed, plus other tools that I don't know.

I would be very grateful if you could help me to find a guide or references to get started.

Unity. You use Unity, find a SDK to port it over and your good.

Grab a version of unity 2017, then get a Nintendo SDK for said system.

Then you'll just have to learn how to use said SDK

I would discourage anyone from using copyrighted SDKs for homebrew and I highly recommend using devkitPro for that.

I was recommending Unity because it's noob freindly and i believe that it can compile Wii U games, it may need the SDK however
