Well, recently bought a 3DS, along with an R4 card.

Well, my problem is this, I upgraded my console and I can not use more of R4, could help me because they do not know much about 3DS.

Yes, and when the update comes out you will need to use your cart in an older DS (or a DSi or 3DS that has not been updated) in order to apply the update.
