Gaming Help Finding Lugia...

Ok so I'm having trouble getting Lugia to appear in Alpha Sapphire. I've Beaten the Elite four, gotten the tidal bell and completed the Delta episode and Lugia STILL wont appear at sea Mauville. Is there another objective I have to complete?

You have to have the three legendary beasts in your party. Suicune, Raikou, and Entei. I dont recall their requirements (something about perfect ivs or something like that) but they are met soaring through the sky, each in the same place at a different time of the day however. I think it changes every 20 mins. Good Luck!

That's wrong. You will need Lugia/Ho-oh to get the 3 beasts not the opposite.
To get Lugia, you will need to find Scanner in the Sea Mauville Basement then give it to Stern in Slateport "Port" then he will give you the Tidal Bell.
Now return to the Sea Mauville Basement and you will find it there.

Ah ha! I needed to go to the basement, not the deck! Btw I looked on three different sites and they all said to go to the deck lol

They weren't in my party when I encountered Lugia.

Ho-oh is on the deck. Lugia is in the basement.
