where did you get this code from? your values are ok but the code is wrong

try this code if you are playing FF4 "U" and it is in our .dat

920F2240 00000C93
020F2244 EBFC3770
0200000C E3A010xx
02000010 E0000190
02000014 E3A01000
02000018 E12FFF1E
D0000000 00000000

if you ever need to download the .dat go to cheats.gbatemp.net to obtain a copy of the latest cheat

YES!
this is AR code
smile.gif

are you using any flash card or are you using action replay device?

you can always get the .DAT or .XML file from http://cheats.gbatemp.net/

EDIT: i hope you are not talking about codebreaker! otherwise i can't help you

why i said your code is wrong, i will just give you one example

2206B9E8 EBFE5187 --> this is a 8 BIT code ! it only writes 87 to the exact address!
in order for this to work you need a 32 bit code which is 0206B9E8
this will write 87 51 FE EB to the respective address which is 0206B9E8 - 0206B9EB
