Hacking [Help] Emunand - Updated

I updated my Emunand to 10.3 following this tutorial https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-installing-rxtools-custom-firmware-3ds-and-2ds.390867 . I have attempted to boot rxTools with menuhax but, I get a flashing red screen then a still red screen. Is there any way for me to enter rxTools or do I need to reformat everything and downgrade again? If you need more information tell me. I have a nand backup.

You can just restore your emunand backup WHICH I KNOW YOU MADE A BACKUP OF, RIGHT?! and optionally try again

So with my backup I use the emuNAND Tool to "Inject NAND to emuNAND" correct?

Try booting emunand and change the theme. It worked for me.
