So i copied everything from my 16gb SD to my 32gb one but now when i'm trying to go to emuNAND it says my emuNAND was not found ? Help :/

EDIT : When i boot sysNAND (with rxTools) i get a black screen.

Um, I did this and it still says this. Beforehand, I had 3 folders in Nintendo 3DS after I transferred my data from my 4gb card to my 16gb. Help please!

You have to format emuNAND using the gateway menu in your new SD card, and backup emuNAND on your old SD card, and inject the backup to the new SD card. Backup and injection can be done with emuNAND tool (search for it).

Actually, I figured out my problem. I forgot to make emuNAND. XD

im getting the same problem except im on a n3ds and i have tried with al the tools to make and emunand and used multiple sd cards.

That's because rxTools is too outdated to do anything. Switch to luma + A9LH, and then flash an emuNAND backup to your sysNAN. All your problems will be gone.

so you want me to suffer another brick?

Honestly, if you are afraid of A9LH, just update to 11.2, buy your games at a store, and forget about homebrew. It's not a dangerous process these days.

Bumping a thread about rxTools from 16 months ago is a poor choice.

e: And if you somehow managed not to stumble across the link to the Good Guide, here: https://3ds.guide/

If i'm remember correctly, rxtools need menuhax.
So if you affraid to install A9LH (it's your decision), Luma3DS can use with menuhax.
Although I'm on the A9LH boat, If you scare of brick, it's OK.
Since if you're brick even when you following the guide correctly, only option is hardmod.

As I always say, Installing A9LH not 100% safe. You're willing to risk doesn't mean others having the same thought.

You'd think a 0.0001% chance of problems, then having something that actually meets your needs, instead of having no risk but your system not do what you want, would be better.

And then menuhax actually has the risk of updating your sysNAND, so not actually no risk.

That's why I let it up to the person to decide what they want.
Menuhax has the risk of updating sysNAND, while A9LH has a risk of brick in installing process.
I just don't like when people trying to push an idea of A9LH master race to all people who scare.
