Hacking Help converting .3ds to .cia

So i try the guides on the internet and it says i need to get xorpads.
I go to the settings/profile/nintendo ds profile, but nothing appears.
Maybe the new update doesnt allow it anymore?
Any help on getting it or a web that i could download .cia

I suppose you're using GW3.0 in a non 4.5 sysnand, right? If you do, I think you cannot get the xorpads, as the new exploit uses the web browser and my the DS profile. We'll have to wit for an update on the method

There is a website on the internet that has cia files already converted and ready for download. Find that website. It will save you a lot of headaches.

edit: do not ask for the name of the website. I wish I could give it to you but it is against the forum rules.

To clarify:
GW 3.0 on 4.5 consoles should still work with custom launcher.dat files, like the xorpad generator.
GW 3.0 on >4.5 consoles will not launch custom launcher.dat files.

Yea, found a web that hosted files. So should I wait until GW releases a way to convert .cia?
I still have some games that are not hosted as .cia
