Hardware Help cant restore rawnand backup to emmc

Guys im trying to restore my rawnand backup for the past few weeks, but i keep getting this error? any idea how to fix it? or is this hardware issue with the emmc chip already? tried using another emmc chip and restore my nand backup using another emmc from another switch. but i keep getting NXBOOT: key derivation failed error. put back in original emmc chip. but no success in restoring the nand.

should i replace the emmc? or its just a corrupted partition..

I used another emmc chip from another switch, then i tried to restore the rawnand backup from the one i suspected to be faulty. but im getting NXboot error on bootup.
