As the title says, I can't access my Pokemon Bank due to it saying

"You previously used a different copy of Pokemon X, Y, Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire."
"Please try again using [Name]'s Pokemon game. (Trainer ID No.48187)."

The problem is, i've been using the exact same copy. Yet it doesnt work with either my Pokemon Alpha Sapphire or Y. I've looked around and found a few people who had the same problem a few years ago, but no one found a solution. I've tried reinstalling it and various other things and it gives the same error message .-. Do you guys know a way to fix this? It's just that I have a crap tonne of good Pokemon in there, and it sucks to see all my efforts go to waste :/

It also seems like this is my only Pokemon Bank account? Which means i won't be able to transfer any Pokemon to the new games either .___.

I'm on Emunand 11.0 Old3ds btw

Thanks for any help :D

I thought Pokemon Bank was supposed to work with multiple game copies. I haven't used it myself (not paying the fee), but can't you re-register the game to Bank?

I'd heard it only works with one game copy? Idk... Either way I'm still using the exact same copy of AS and Y, and both don't work :/ (and i've used both with Bank before) I'm thinking it might be because I unlinked NANDs and then linked them back again, as this problem only appeared when I got emunand

My pokebank app is all in Japanese on my US 3ds lol, I never messed with it or modified it. I wonder what the reason for that is.

When it says this, are the name and ID mentioned actually what your game's are?

Have you ever used save modification on your AS or Y to alter your trainer name, TID or SID?

You can use X/Y/OR/AS together, but not more than one of each (same as the Global Link).

Uhh, no they aren't. But thats because I've started multiple, (I think 2 or 3) new games on my Alpha Sapphire. The previous save games before the one I'm using currently have all worked fine with Pokemon Bank :/

And nah, I've never used that. However, if I did use a save modification to change my name and TID/SID, do you think it would allow me back into my Bank?

Possibly. To me, that's what it seems the problem is; it thinks that it's a different cartridge. Maybe it only keeps a memory of the previous save file for one restart? I don't know.

There's no harm in trying, at least. Just make backups of your save.

I'd heard that only works in America :/
