Homebrew Help: Can you recover missing DLC files?

Sorry for the long post in advanced but I lost all my Fallout 4 DLCs which I stupidly did not have backups anymore and took me ages to download all with the snailternet speed I have.

What happened is that I blindedly rebuilt my DB without a backup (Yeah multiple stupid I know) So know Fallout 4 got timewarped to Base Game without my 6 DLCs.

I noticed that I can still see the 6 DLC packs inside Debug Menu - Add Content Manager.

Is there a way to recover those files so that I can do a reinstall?

If they're legit, see if they're in the entitlement.db . I forgot the location, but they should be in the system_data partition.
