Hacking Help: bricked DS lite?

I just posted it back to them on Friday, in my letter i stated the screens had just stopped working but the on light still came on.

I then called them today, they said it was being replaced and took my payment of £25 (due to it being a jap model) by credit card and said it will be with me by next week at the latest.

No questions asked.
