Hello, I've installed the normal 3ds reinand

I threw another SD card information

Rei wanted to do a NAND device update , it gave the error

I rebooted the device , the device does not open . the black screen stays. burning blue is a symbol of power

I have nand backup

How do I run again ?

What did you use to boot reinand? Menuhax?
If so do you have the correct payload on your sd card? Take a screenshot and post it

Blackscreen + blue led was the same for me installing ARM9.
It is probably a brick you will need to do hardmod

You seem to have everything needed I guess, have you tried holding only the L button, Select, Start, or none at all? Maybe booting without the sd card in

If none of that works, get the payload for your FW here http://smealum.github.io/3ds/#otherapp , rename it to menuhax_ropbinpayload.bin [or replace it with the name of the currently existing payload, don't remember which, just do both] and boot again

I've tried everything . I couldn't find a solution

Hmm, try this:

- Delete your SD:/rei/ folder
- Delete your SD:/3ds/ReiNand/ folder
- On your SD root, delete "boot,hb.3dsx", "boot.3dsx", and "boot.cfg"
- Download lesshax: https://mega.nz/#!8hUVAL6a!pOLxGkFHo0YxoZZIMxsHjC-5VYxfxpXlof3zm02WVak
- Replace your "ropbinpayload_menuhax_EUR12288_old3ds.bin" with the one from lesshax.zip
- Download the latest version of CTRBootManager: https://gbatemp.net/attachments/ctrbootmanager-1-9-zip.40188/
- From CTRBootManager.zip, copy boot.3dsx and boot.cfg to your root. Rename "boot.3dsx" to "less.3dsx"
- Download the latest version of Homebrew Launcher: https://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/boot.3dsx
- Copy Homebrew Launcher boot.3dsx to your root.
- Download the latest version of ReiNand: https://github.com/Reisyukaku/ReiNand/releases (Make sure you get the O3DS version!)
- Extract all of its files to your SD root. You don't need "arm9loaderhax.bin", though.

See if that works.

You recovered to 10.7? You won't be able to hack it anymore unless you have a copy of Cubic Ninja, Ocarina of Time, or Pokemon: Super Mystery Dungeon. The last two require a way of getting a hacked save onto them, though.
