after I mnage to install legit cia naw I want to update the game softwer and he say :
error code : 009-1000
in order to use this servis a system update required ?

I don't want to update system there is way to update the games no ? or I must update softwer for this? plz tell me there Is a way ?

if you have cfw on your 3ds you can update. but if not sorry.

cfw its mean Custom Firmware.

You have two options if you are using cfw one you can update your emunand and access the eshop or two if you go to that ios site you can download the update cia for your game

With fbi and it's against this site rules to name that other site sorry. But one question if you don't have cfw why the heck have you not updated the Sysnand??

because the latest firmware blocked arm11 exploit. and NASA using this to install legit cia.

so he is keep to using <=10.3.

True but then he would be just aswell to downgrade to 9.2 and set up cfw to have emunand on latest firmware

As to what a CFW is, is a Custom Firmware. It allows you to install unsigned CIAs, and I'd HIGHLY recommend that you downgrade your system to 9.2 using SafeSysUpdater, then do a SysNAND backup, then set up EmuNAND. Go to the 3DS Tutorials section of the site and read up about CFW and EmuNAND. Don't ever update your SysNAND if you ever wanna get CFW. There's no telling for how long you'll be screwed on 10.5.
