Edit: Solved Already

Please help me with this step.

6. Do 2 full charging cycles (??% -> 100% -> 0% -> 100% -> 0% -> 100%)

I don't know how to properly drain the battery and how to properly charge it to 100% again from the drain.

So what I did is when my switch started going to sleep mode due to 1% battery, I kept on waking it until it shutdown. After shutting down, I kept on booting emuMMC until I couldn't boot it anymore and also not being able to enter hekate too because it means that the battery is 0%.

For charging back to 100%, I inserted the charging cable, and after a minute my switch suddenly entered hekate by its own, so I booted emuMMC and I charged it while my switch is on HOS.

I feel what I did for both draining and charging is wrong, so can you guys tell me how to do it.

After shutdown from 1%, should I enter hekate and drain the battery there?

Should I fully charge it while it's turned-off? Or fully charge it in hekate?

Yeah i know it is 2 cycles. What I want to know is the proper way to drain and charge.

Charge and drain it in Horizon os when it hit 100% let it charge for 2 more hours. See below for what ctcaer said

Charge it back to 100% (4.2V), then to 0% (3.2V), then back to 100%. Check note
This will count as 2 full charge cycles and the % will probably be fixed on its own, or at least get closer to the correct one.

Note:
Mind you, that when you reach 100% it's not actually 100%. You need to leave it at 4.2V so it can saturate. Leave it charging for additional ~1-2 hours after you see 100% (time depends on the charger used).

I guess what I did is okay, so I have to drain and charge it once more. Thanks!

Please, I need help with this matter. I accidentally clicked to reset the fuel gauge on the BatteryDesync Fix app without needing to. After that, my Switch Lite suddenly turned off at 39% (but it lasted for 4 hours, which is normal, so I think my battery is okay, lol). I tried the calibration method mentioned, and it fixed most of the issue, but now my Switch is turning off at about 8-9%, even after two full charge cycles. What I want to know is: I saved a calibration backup on the SD card before the first reset (the one that started it all, lol). If I restore that, will my battery go back to its normal behavior?

What should i do when my Switch turn off in 0% and start on Hekate?
Iniciar emuMMC nuevamente o ¿debería hacer algo más?
My Switch is v2 with picofly.
I have the same problem.

Two cycles is 100% -> 0% -> 100% -> 0%
I have some question as below :

1. Start using Desync Fix nx, need charge battery
(??%-100%) 1st, or I directly start homebrew click x, after that doing 2 time (0%-100%-0%-100%)?

2 current I have problem with battery 20-26% it auto turn off, I try power on until red battery empty icon appears. When plug charger it auto boot hekate battery show 16%, I need let it drain until 0% on hekate? Then plug charge it boot cfw to 100% and drain 0%?

Thank you for helping guide me.

as soon as you hit the red battery icon (hekate's low battery icon) - plug back your charger immediately
wait for 1 minute, unplug and plug back again to trigger Turning on HOS - it's specifically said don't wait or dont stay too long in the hekate low battery icon as when it the switch gains charge and boots on its own (around 11-16), HOS will automatically restore the old profile. so you need to manually trigger the bootup by replugging

- In case HOS powered off, put charger to enter HOS.
If it's stuck on black screen and small charger icon, unplug/plug after a bit so you can enter inside.
Do not fully charge in there because HOS will restore the previous Fuel Gauge context the moment you boot.

Thank for your reply, so I don't need let battery so in hekate to 0% and plug charger? This my battery info, it auto turn off 16% anytime.

For use fix battery homebrew, I need go to click x before charge (??%>100%>0%>100%>0%>100%......)?

When done 2 time cycle charge in emummc cfw, after save it. I go to sysmmc cfw and restore it right? After finish restore. Can I delete fix battery and boot it to emummc cfw? Thank you!

if you drained until hekate mini battery icon, you need to turn it on again manually after a minute - if you left it there, it will charge to 11-16% and will cause inconsistent calibration.

also dont press reset, you only need to save after doing 2 cycles

You mean dont press reset with x button. I just only save after doing 2 Cycle. So can I restore press Y. After 2 cycle charge it still auto turn off at 16% both cfw and ofw? I can repeat once all step? Or doing 3 time cycle and check it auto fix my issue and save it then restore?

Your capacity full is off, so run two full cycle see if it go back to normal.

This my 2 time cycle charge, hekate show 97% ofw and cfw are show 99%. Please guide me how to fix it?

The only thing you can do is let it cycle a few time hoping capacity full get near design level. You can use use the desync fix but you would have to open it up and unplug the battery after use happened to me after using that on a unit battery wasn't showing correctly.
