So my friend found an Micro SD Card in his job... He wants to use it for emunand... The problem is the 3ds doesn't detect it I tried formatting and it didn't work(probably because it cannot be formatted to Fat32)
Can someone help? I want to help him, and you don't have to worry he is patient....
The (micro)SD card is:
Samsung 64gb SDXC

I've used this video to format my SD of 128 GB and my old one of 64 GB:

use emunand9 to do all the prepwork for your SD

you need working hbl however. :)
open hbl, open emunand9, replace the sd prior to entering the key combination.

I will try emunand9 (maybe)[The 3ds doesn't accept the SDXC Cards, just in case]

I don't know what to do now...
I have formatted the Sd card like 12 times already to Fat32, tried different programs but its not working
WELL I mean.
It slightly works but even the computer detects too many errors...
I REALLY NEED HELP!

So... most of the times my files get corrupted in the SDcard... I tried rxtools, but it gets corrupted, AuReiNand isn't working well...
What do I do?

Sounds like a fake card (or maybe just faulty), test it with H2testw or FakeFlashTest.
You say your friend "found" it at his workplace, maybe someone else had thrown it away because it's faulty.
