Did you install any CIA's and did you run the browser app through HANS at one point? What is your firmware? Try checking your region setting in system settings.

Why do you use the eShop spoof? You're on the latest firmware just delete your cookies and reset the save data in your browser settings

Then backup your sd card to your PC every folder and do a system format there's no way your cia's got replaced on your firmware so it has to be an extdata problem I would back up your SD and do a system format. Unless someone else has a better suggestion or knows the problem.

That's the thing I don't normally format my system while trying to backup and save my stuff, i've only ever deleted everything then re import my saves with savedatafiler. Not sure if it would help since the SD (the files on it) might be the problem.
