Homebrew Helicopter Game - Homebrew

[Magmorph]

This game is based off of the helicopter game by seethru.co.uk. Your objective is to avoid hitting any of the blocks.

The controls are simple.

Up- Go up
A- Shoot

This is my first game for the Ds so it may be glitchy. Post here if you find any.

It looks more like a submarine..but okay..

Difficult, but addicting. Couldn't get past a single one of those red blocks!

Randomized layout is nice.

There really isn't a finish to it. You just try to get your score as high as possible.

xD I must have horribly lame coordination, I can't seem to get a very high score (only like 2100+). Either that or I just haven't played for long enough (maybe like 5 minutes xD).

The top and bottom blocks gradually get closer together as your score goes up. It gets very narrow at 2100.

lol, it looks nice though i think that the blue "bricks" should be replaced with some
coral reef floors/ceilings and etc.

it would make a bit more sense xD.

Well the problem is I lack any artistic ability. If anyone would want to help me with the sprites it would be appreciated.

I think you should go with the original green design and then add on option to use different skins etc

I should put in an easy and hard mode. A lot of people are finding it too hard.

Did you make that? It looks nice and scaled down nicely.

I can just use the helicopter as the icon. I can also replace my (crappy) spaceship/submarine with it. I will give you credit of course.

I am now working on adding in different skins and a menu.
