Yes, its possible to remove the menú and use it with volumen keys and power button in text mode like the beginning of switch scene days.

I am not sure if it is possible to create an emuMMC without the touchscreen since that functionality of of the Hekate UI (Nyx) is only possible in the GUI mode. The black text screen UI (when Hekate is used without Nyx) does not have emuMMC options.

You can create the emummc on your pc, It s easier and its not a hit and miss like hekate, it works with every setup
