EDIT: ok i think i see what's going on with the installer(for me at least) looks like it's typing to many characters when saving or something when u8healthu.exe is running and the same thing when u8healthe.exe

i dunno whats gone wrong for me then i have xp x32 i thought maybe because its a macro if i change the screen res but that never worked either

Works just fine with and without the splash screen on:

Vista home premium
64-bit
SP1
Admin account.

Are you use the wad file of your system menu ?

yeh i get the same error on both them if you find a solution please post but me thinks there will be a healthii v1.01

if you get any errors don't proceed with installing on your wii... we just bypassed the errors and got it to save and we installed it(it was basically incomplete/corrupt) which was a brick

also if you have Preloader you should be fine IF something does go wrong

if you have the softmii pack just reinstall the ORIGINAL or softmii 00000045.APP (pal) or the 00000042.APP (ntsc) throught the tweak installer

i did what you did, but a new system menu would delete Preloader... not everyone is SoftMii'd

Okay, I made my new screen, ran the proggy, put the files in the appropriate places on the SD, ran the installer form the homebrew channel, it claimed it installed it... But it's still the same ol' health screen. BTW I disabled the back menu hack in Starfall first.

Dunno what's wrong with yours but mine works great in Windows 7 64-bit. It takes 2 minutes and now I got a beutiful Mario Galaxy health screen

ok i think i know whats going for me on it is trying to open this file C:\Healthii\wadunpack0000001_app_out\layout\common\health.ash then hits the first error because this file does not existi cant be 100% thats the exact file because the script is fast and you have to pause just at right time to see the full text

EDIT: I found something interesting: unpack diskBann ash arc and read the my_DVDDisk_a.tpl.
This proves Big N already hat the DVD video files in the System Menu
