Works perfect for me. Installed Forms. Pointed to system menu 289.wad and chose a nice image. But instead of using the wad, i pulled the 00000001.app from the work folder and installed that with custom installer. That .app file worked perfect of course after it was renamed. Dunno if the wad works or not though cause I don't wanna replace my system menu.

anyone who was getting that runtime error finally get it working? i've tried a png, jpeg, bmp, all different sizes and still get that same runtime error
