If you're using an Android TV, try to reboot the TV.
I have the issue on my TV that after a like 50 Times in standby mode the TVs HDR no longer work but holding the power button to reboot the entire TV fix the issue.

There is no TV that runs iOS, iOS stands for iPhone Operating System.
Your TV might runs webOS.
like I mention I would just try to full Power Cycle it.
Easiest way is just to unplug the TV, wait for 10 Seconds and plug it back in and then try if HDR works again.
Some TVs doesn't shut down and only goes into Standby Mode like Smartphones which can break some functions temporarily until the Device gets fully rebooted.

Seriously you have either a bad ps4 or you. Every day something wrong. I think it is you. Either stop messing with operating files or stop asking bs questions every day!
this morning I wanted to play with the last of us part 2 and it didn't start it was damaged
there was a blue screen with the error code
better better so i tried to fix hdr no longer working in game
I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and during the install I was playing and the fan was spinning at full speed
when it finished i ran it and hdr wasn't blocked
how do you prepare well?
I did what a guide said to do but it didn't say everything
2.0 or 3.0? MRB or GPT? how many clusters? is the 8 gb pendrive ok? slow or fast format? allocation size?
the guides don't tell her these things
the guides say how to prepare the pendrive and how to jailbreak and that's it

whoever sold it to me told me it's new which means it's in good condition
it is used
I wanted to try it and then he didn't want to see it anymore because he didn't want to waste time

I would start fresh and format your Hard Drive inside your PS4 and install the OS fresh.
Before you make any changes....read...don't just change random stuff or watch "youtube tutorials".
We are happy to provide help, but it's not very pleasant if you do random stuff and we have to figure out what you changed, also give feedback if someone helps you and don't just say i will try something and go silent.

from day one i had problems and i didn't do anything on debug setting nor on karo218 exploit
one day out of curiosity I changed things on debug setting and then I put them back as they were
I also clicked the karo218 exploit buttons to see what happened
I formatted the ps4 and reinstalled 9.00

day 2 ps4 crashed after changing fan speed and after looking at temperature on itemzflow
i did this many times while i was playing the last of us part 2
i shut down and i reloaded i played a lot i copied the savedata with apollo and when it finished it shut down by itself
perhaps because the temperature was 70°C and then I turned the fan to max and when the temperature was 40°C

the max fan is very annoying
I forgot to put 55°C

I think you have a faulty internal hdd.
hdd gets everything formatted
fast and complete formatting
he lets me install the games, I've never had any problems
Today after playing I turned it off and it shut down abnormally
i pressed ps and it didn't turn on and i pressed power on the ps4
then I had to press or power or ps
the ps4 checked the hdd and restarted
finally there was a circle screen
I don't know what the ps4 does right now
I think it does a fix I've had it done loads of times and it still has issues shutting down
pressing circle skips and displays the dashboard
even without pressing circle the dashboard is displayed
could it still be the hdd?
the ps4 makes me format the whole hdd both fast and slow and formats it all I read 100%
the games makes me install them
If you've had issues on day one of getting it, then you probably got scammed by the seller. You could try replacing the HDD like the other members suggested, if that still doesn't fix it, then it's def faulty.
I change the hdd when it becomes unusable
