how can you tell what installed on a softmoded wii

use any title deleter to see whats installed
but don't uninstall anything!!

title lister is a bit safer

it just lists them, without being able to uninstall

or if you are on 3.2 (cause I think it wont work on 4.0) you can use Title Lister..!!!
