I updated my system to 10.2 before Smealum released the eShop access because I wanted to download Smash DLC. I've waited way too long and I finally got some funds added to my account.

I made a video a couple of days ago hoping that if there was no hax for 10.2 that someone might know how to play Triforce heroes with the console with Triforce heros which was on 11.0 at the time and then my 3DS which was on 9.9
